How To: Forum XP

I have been asked to tell a bit about how to get fXP to gain ranks,
usualy its just a number of posts but i have edited the codes a bit and take some notes and made it like this:

+ Days logged in in a row.
+ Time at Forum.
+ Thread replys.
+ Adding Avatar.
+ Adding your image to RL images thread (only one).
+ Successul planed and successfull runned events through the forum.
+ Joining Monthly Guild Lottery.

- Delted post.
- Braking the rules.
- Crap.
- Cheating.
- Spam.
- Opening stupid threads.
